¶ Money On Chain Protocol Metrics
All the information you need to understand the Money On Chain DeFi protocol and analyze its key metrics.
The Metrics section is an essential tool to assess the system’s health and make informed decisions about the DOC, BPRO, and MOC tokens.
¶ System Status
The first card shows the System Status, which indicates which operations are currently enabled. This depends on the Global Coverage, shown on the right card.
¶ What is Global Coverage?
Global Coverage is the ratio between the total collateral in the protocol (measured in USD) and the amount of DOC issued. It’s a key indicator of the system’s security.
On the right, another card displays the amount of rBTC locked in the protocol, split into:
- BPro (orange color)
- DoC (green color)
¶ Other Relevant Indicators
- Price of rBTC in USD.
- rBTC interest pool, which was the interest paid to BPRO by BTCx. This is currently 0 rBTC since BTCx has been removed from the protocol.
- EMA (Exponential Moving Average): shows the rBTC price at which Global Coverage would reach the Target Coverage, the threshold below which operational restrictions are triggered.
¶ Token-Specific Metrics
¶ DOC
The DOC card shows:
- Total DOC issued.
- DOC available for minting or redeeming, based on the available collateral.
¶ MOC
Current price of the MOC token:
¶ BPRO
The BPRO card includes:
- Current BPRO price
- Leverage of the token
- Total BPRO issued
- Available for redemption
- Discount Price, which will match the BPRO price unless Global Coverage drops below 2.
